Energizing Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

This energizing chocolate peanut butter smoothie is quick, easy & healthy. It's a great way to satisfy your chocolate cravings while still nourishing your body! It has 22g of protein, 16g of fiber, & NO protein powder needed. This will give you tons of energy & keep you satisfied for hours.  Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie 1 cup unsweetened soy or pea milk  1 tablespoon chia seeds  2 tbsp peanut butter  1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder  1 banana  Handful of ice cubes  Blend all together in blender until smoothie. Decadent Cinnamon Rolls

Our Christmas morning family tradition is to make a special breakfast like these light and delicious cinnamon rolls. We prep the them the night before so all we have to do is pop them in the oven Christmas morning. The house is so cozy & smells amazing while we open our gifts.  I have noticed that high quality spices really make a difference in my cooking (and baking)! I get the best ground cinnamon from Hanna's Gourmet .  Cinnamon Rolls Recipe 1/4 cup Cow's Milk, Whole (warm)  1 tsp Instant Yeast  1 1/2 tbsps Honey  6 1/3 ozs  Unbleached All Purpose Flour 1 Egg  1/4 cup Butter (divided, room temperature)  1/2 tsp Sea Salt (divided)  1/16 oz Avocado Oil Spray (divided)  3 tbsps Brown Sugar  1 tbsp Cinnamon  1.
